Insurance carriers do not just allow any shop to become a member of their Direct Repair Network. Shops must have various industry certifications, specific equipment, and must pass a comprehensive audit to be considered for a DRP opportunity with the insurance carrier.
The shops that carriers select to join a DRP demonstrate an excellent foundation, equipment, cycle times, and customer satisfaction among other things.
CARSTAR Lucky Body Shop is a member of the below DRP’S for which these carriers consider CARSTAR Lucky Body Shop a “Preferred Shop.”
-Allstate
-Infinity

OEM certification certifies that the body shop has undergone training to understand the specific complexities of the manufacturer's vehicles and that only OEM parts are used in the repair of those vehicles.
OEM certification provides a body shop with the equipment, training, and information necessary to perform complete and safe repairs on today’s vehicles. It also gives consumers peace of mind that their vehicle will be returned to pre-accident condition and perform as the automaker intended.
